Taiwanese artist and ceramicist Chiu-i Wu moved to England in 2003, falling in love with English summers, blackbirds and new clays to explore and experiment with. The result is a wonderfully playful mix of East and West, joyful character pieces and a unique style to capture your imagination.

Pen and ink illustrations by Chiu-i were de-constructed and re-worked in to mixed media compositions by Studio MIKMIK to create a clean, minimal, simple feel to the site — showcasing the work of this highly talented artist.
